Project overview
I designed and implemented an industry landing page for beauty salons, cosmetology studios, hairdressers and SPA businesses. The page needed to communicate an accounting service for businesses that often combine appointments with product sales, vouchers, packages, equipment costs and growing teams. The information architecture therefore focuses on different business and revenue models rather than treating the beauty industry as a single type of company.
The challenge
The challenge was to combine an approachable industry-specific presentation with a large amount of financial and operational information. The website also needed to work for both individual specialists and larger salons with employees and multiple revenue streams.
